1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the pp99 online gaming platform, including the website, mobile app, and all services provided by pp99. By accessing or using the pp99 platform in any way, you agree to be fully bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are not permitted to use the pp99 platform. pp99 reserves the right to terminate your access if you are found to have violated any provision stated herein.

These Terms should be read together with Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy pp99, all of which together form the entire agreement between you and pp99.

2 Eligibility & Account Registration

To register and use the pp99 platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• Aged at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• Not acting as a representative or agent of any third party.
• Not classified as an individual excluded from gambling under any applicable law or regulation.
• Providing truthful, accurate, and up-to-date information during registration and the identity verification (KYC) process.
• Never previously had an account closed or been banned from using the pp99 platform.

Each individual is only permitted to hold one active account at pp99. Duplicate or multiple accounts will be suspended and all associated balances and wins may be forfeited without any compensation.

PP99 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time as part of our KYC procedures. Failure to fulfil the KYC request within the specified timeframe may result in your account access being temporarily suspended.

3 Account & Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your PP99 account username and password. All activity occurring under your account — whether authorised by you or not — is entirely your responsibility.

• Do not share your login credentials with anyone, including family members or friends.
• PP99 will never request your password via email, live chat, or any other channel.
• Use a strong, unique password that is not used on any other platform.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for an additional layer of security.
• Log out of your account after each session, especially when using a shared device.

If you suspect that your account has been compromised or accessed without authorisation, contact the pp99 customer support team immediately via live chat. pp99 will take appropriate action to protect your account.

4 Deposits & Payments

Pp99 accepts deposits via a range of verified payment methods, including FPX bank transfer, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, digital wallets, and other local e-payment methods listed on the platform.

• All deposits are final and non-refundable except under specific circumstances agreed upon by pp99 management.
• Pp99 does not charge any processing fees for standard deposits; however, your bank or payment provider may apply their own charges.
• The account used for deposits must be in the name of the registered member. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.
• PP99 reserves the right to withhold processing of suspicious deposits for further verification purposes.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and can be viewed in the Deposit section of the platform.

All financial transactions on the pp99 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). No currency conversion fees are charged to Malaysia members.

5 Fund Withdrawal

Pp99 is committed to processing withdrawal requests promptly and efficiently. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 5 to 15 minutes after approval by our system.

• Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account registered in the same name as the pp99 account holder.
• The KYC verification process must be completed before the first withdrawal request is processed.
• PP99 reserves the right to delay withdrawals by up to 5 business days for security review and compliance purposes.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits are as specified in the Withdrawal section of the platform.
• Bonuses received are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn as cash.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

Pp99 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to members from time to time. Each bonus offer is subject to specific terms and conditions that will be stated alongside the respective offer. The general bonus terms are as follows:

• Each bonus has wagering requirement that must be met before winnings from bonuses can be withdrawn.
• The welcome bonus is eligible to be claimed once only upon first registration.
• PP99 reserves the right to cancel bonuses claimed using false information or multiple accounts.
• The maximum betting limit when using bonus funds is as stated in the relevant promotion's terms.
• The bonus validity period will be indicated in the respective offer. Expired bonuses cannot be reactivated.
• Pp99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion without prior notice.

Members found abusing the bonus system — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, arbitrage betting, or promotional fraud — will be subject to immediate action including account termination and balance freezing.

7 Game Rules

All games offered on the pp99 platform have their own rules that members should understand before playing. pp99 uses certified random number generators (RNG) to ensure fairness across all Slot Games and table games.

• Results of completed games are final and cannot be disputed unless there is clear evidence of a technical system failure.
• In the event of a technical disruption during gameplay, pp99 will settle the bet based on the last recorded game state on the server.
• Pp99 is not liable for any losses caused by internet disruptions on the member's end.
• Any attempt to manipulate or hack the gaming system will result in immediate account termination and legal action.

The RTP (Return to Player) value for each slot game can be found in the respective game's information. PP99 ensures that all games offered have undergone independent audits by recognised certification bodies.

8 Member Conduct

Pp99 expects all members to interact with the platform and fellow members in a respectful and responsible manner. The following are strictly prohibited:

• Registering or using an account on behalf of another person.
• Using bots, automated software, or any unauthorised tools to interact with the platform.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including the use of stolen credit cards or payment information.
• Spreading false or misleading information about PP99 to the public.
• Disrupting platform operations or attempting to breach PP99's security systems.
• Colluding with PP99 employees to gain an unfair advantage.

Violation of any of the above rules may result in permanent account suspension or termination, freezing of all associated balances and wins, and legal action where necessary.

9 Account Suspension & Termination

Pp99 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member's account at any time, with or without cause, if there is a breach of these Terms or if pp99 deems such action necessary to protect the integrity of the platform.

• Members may request to close their own account at any time by contacting PP99 customer support.
• Prior to account closure, all incomplete bonus wagering requirements will be forfeited and any bonus balance will be recalculated.
• Valid cash balances (funds not derived from bonuses that have not yet met wagering requirements) will be returned to members within a reasonable timeframe.
• Accounts terminated due to a violation of these Terms are not eligible for any balance refund.

10 Disclaimer & Liability Limits

The pp99 platform is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties. pp99 does not guarantee that the platform will always be free from errors, interruptions, or technical defects.

• Pp99 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from the use of the platform.
• PP99's total liability to any member shall not exceed the net deposit amount made by that member in the 12 months preceding the claim.
• Pp99 is not liable for any losses caused by third-party service disruptions, including those from banks and payment providers.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

12 Terms Amendment
